The winner design is the design of Crescent Tower submitted by  Group of transparent Company that based in California, United States wins in the Eleventh Congress of the World Architecture elevators.

This project came as a challenge to be a monument in garden Zeibl in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in order to reflect the modern face of this emirate and is considered the biggest built Crescent  in the world.
